This is a work-and-travel bag for a laptop, files and the extras. If your everyday carry is just a slim notebook computer and an umbrella, it may feel bigger than you need.
A full document load also gives the bag a fuller profile. Pack with some breathing room if a cleaner silhouette matters to you.

A few things worth knowing.
Is the backpack waterproof?
No. The Oxford exterior is water-resistant and intended for light splashes or brief showers. It is not a waterproof enclosure. Avoid prolonged heavy rain or submersion, and use additional protection for electronics when needed.
Will it fit my 16-inch laptop?
The compartment is intended for laptops up to 16 inches, but screen size alone does not determine fit. Check the dimensions of your laptop, including any case. Thicker gaming laptops should be checked against a physical sample before a team order.
Does the USB port include a battery or charging cable?
No battery is built in. Supply your own compatible power bank and charging cables. The external port provides convenient access; it does not generate power. Confirm connector compatibility when reviewing your sample.
Is it a compact everyday bag?
It is designed for a fuller workday load: a laptop, documents, accessories and travel essentials. With only a small laptop and an umbrella, it may feel larger than necessary. Packing the compartments tightly, especially with files, also makes the silhouette noticeably fuller. For quick errands or short walks, a smaller daypack may be a better fit.
